You must return the unused coffee - We will allow for you to have tested with 2 cups - so lets say a generous 40 grams can be missing
Once we reply (within 24hrs but usually much sooner) we will refund you or send you something else the same day
Unfortunately, the return postage is down to the customer, you can however use the original packing box
